SMS opt-in invitation
This page shows how employees and authorized internal users are invited to opt in to Lowercase Capital LLC account-notification SMS. The Twilio number is distributed on internal resources only; it is not advertised to the general public.

Opt-in flow
- User obtains the company Twilio number from internal Lowercase Capital LLC resources.
- User texts START to that number.
- System replies with welcome disclosures and may ask the user to reply Y.
- User receives enrollment confirmation including brand name, frequency, rates, HELP, and STOP.
Who messages come from
Messages are sent by Lowercase Capital LLC to opted-in employees and authorized internal users for authentication and private operational notices related to internal AI tools. Not cold outreach.
