Lowercase Capital LLC SMS Alerts — account notification and authentication messages for employees and authorized internal users of Lowercase Capital LLC internal AI tools.
Program description
Messages are sent by Lowercase Capital LLC to people who opt in by texting START to the company Twilio number provided on internal resources. Messages include authentication codes and private operational notices for account management. This is not marketing to the general public.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies as needed for account management. As an estimate, you may receive up to 30 messages per month.
Message and data rates may apply.
Opting in
Text START to the company Twilio number listed in internal Lowercase Capital LLC resources. You may be asked to reply Y to confirm enrollment. You will receive a confirmation message when enrolled.
Help
HELP: Reply HELP for help. Support is available through Lowercase Capital LLC internal channels and the HELP auto-reply routing described in the program.
Opting out
STOP: Reply STOP to cancel. After you opt out, Lowercase Capital LLC will send no further SMS Alerts messages to that number (except as required to confirm the opt-out).
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy is at https://lowercasecapital.duckdns.org/privacy.html (same site as these Terms). We do not sell or share SMS opt-in data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Links in SMS
SMS message bodies do not include third-party links. Program disclosures reference this DuckDNS site for Terms and Privacy rather than third-party or shortened URLs inside SMS.
Carrier liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the SMS program after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
